Founded in 2019, Alinea is an international architecture and interior design firm specializing in luxury residential and hospitality design. With extensive experience across Africa—including South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Tanzania, Nigeria, and Morocco—Alinea blends deep local insight with a global design perspective to create bespoke, world-class projects that challenge conventional boundaries.

The Meaning Behind Alinea:

The name "Alinea" is derived from the typographic symbol (¶), which signifies the beginning of a new paragraph or section of text. In the context of architecture, it represents alignment, precision, and a fresh start—key principles that define our design approach.

At Alinea, we view luxury design through a broader, more meaningful lens. With two decades of experience in Africa’s luxury residential sector and inspiration drawn from our time in Spain, we understand that luxury must transcend aesthetics and contribute to a greater purpose.

As we expand into regenerative tourism projects, our commitment extends beyond environmental responsibility. We are dedicated to supporting and uplifting the communities that surround our projects, fostering economic opportunity, and encouraging cultural exchange.
